PROMOPLAN goes digital!

At the end of 2016, we proudly announced the launch of our Promoplan-APP. Now, 8 months later, we are looking back at a challenging yet innovative journey.

Their goal is to have the APP up and running for ALL the field crew members by October 2017. Not only the beauty consultants and sales promotors on the local market have to install and use the APP correctly on their smartphone but also all the Brand Ambassadors at Brussels Airport and Brussels South Charleroi Airport have to say goodbye to paper.

This APP enables the crew to consult their agenda with all upcoming missions, the person of contact at the office as well as a briefing related to the job. On the day of the mission, the crew kicks off the mission with one simple click.  At the end of the day all required data is transferred. Sending back paper sales reports, evaluation forms and expense notes to the office is now history, which used to be very time-consuming for the crew.
 
After consulting with each client, Promoplan can tailor checklists and sales reports for each mission. Consequently, the client has online access to relevant information and pictures of his promotional wave and this in the following week.

The Promoplan APP also facilitates easy feedback from the retailer. At the end of the working day, the shop manager on site has to fill in a simple smiley-based evaluation form. Once the form is completed, the Brand Ambassador cannot consult the information. Thus leaving the manager the freedom to give honest feedback on the crew member.

Today, 93 % of all data is sent correctly through the application. This means we are very close to our set target. This is only the start of the journey as new digital innovations are in the pipeline to optimize communication with both crew and clients!
